Having recently upgraded to a $69 million, roughly 33,000-square-foot megamansion in prime lower Bel Air – in one of California’s priciest 2021 home sales – Abel Tesfaye no longer has any need for his former Wilshire Corridor digs. Unsurprisingly, the Canadian music superstar, better known as The Weeknd, has now officially listed the smaller property in the heart of Westwood, asking $22.5 million for the glam Wilshire Corridor penthouse. He paid $21 million for the place a little over two years ago.
